| dc.description.abstract | Pirmoje, teorinėje baigiamojo darbo dalyje atlikta produkcijos pateikimo vartotojams proceso valdymo analizė teoriniu aspektu, antroje dalyje išanalizuoti logistikos procesai, trečioje dalyje pateiktos produkcijos pateikimo vartotojams proceso valdymo tobulinimo kryptys. Darbo problema - Siekiant parinkti optimalius produkcijos pateikimo vartotojams proceso tobulinimo sprendimus, būtina išsami konkrečioje gamybinėje įmonėje vykstančių logistinių procesų analizė. Darbo tikslas – Išnagrinėjus produkcijos pateikimo vartotojams proceso valdymo gamybinėje įmonėje teorinius aspektus ir atlikus kokybinį tyrimą, pateikti siūlymus produkcijos pateikimo vartotojams proceso valdymo tobulinimui įmonėje „Theca Furniture“.
