Abstract
Pirmoje, teorinėje baigiamojo darbo dalyje atlikta produkcijos pateikimo
vartotojams proceso valdymo analizė teoriniu aspektu, antroje dalyje išanalizuoti logistikos procesai,
trečioje dalyje pateiktos produkcijos pateikimo vartotojams proceso valdymo tobulinimo kryptys. Darbo problema - Siekiant parinkti optimalius produkcijos pateikimo vartotojams proceso
tobulinimo sprendimus, būtina išsami konkrečioje gamybinėje įmonėje vykstančių logistinių procesų
analizė.
Darbo tikslas – Išnagrinėjus produkcijos pateikimo vartotojams proceso valdymo
gamybinėje įmonėje teorinius aspektus ir atlikus kokybinį tyrimą, pateikti siūlymus produkcijos
pateikimo vartotojams proceso valdymo tobulinimui įmonėje „Theca Furniture“.
Darbo metodai - Mokslinės literatūros analizė, PESTE, SSGG, interviu.
Description
In the first, theoretical part of the final work, the analysis of product delivery
process management from the theoretical point of view is performed, in the second part the logistics
processes are analyzed, in the third part the product delivery process management improvement
directions are presented. The main problem of the (professional BA thesis) - In order to select optimal solutions
for the process of presenting products to consumers, it is necessary to do a detailed analysis of the
logistical processes.
The aim of the (professional BA thesis) - After analyzing the theoretical aspects of
products presentation to consumers process management in a manufacturing company and
conducting a qualitative study, to provide suggestions for improving management of the process of
presenting products to consumers.
Methods of the (professional BA thesis) – Analysis of scientific literature, PESTE, SWOT,
interview.
