| dc.description.abstract | Baigiamojo darbo apibūdinimas – draudimo apsauga neprasideda ir kartais nebaigia galioti kartu su draudimo sutartimi, tai priklauso nuo draudimo rūšies. Kiekviena draudimo rūšis ir draudikas turi atskiras draudimo taisykles, kurios nurodo, kokioje erdvėje ir laike pradeda ir pabaigia galioti draudimo apsauga. Darbo aktualumas - gerai veikianti draudimo apsauga, naudinga visai visuomenei, mažina finansinę nelygybę, stiprina visuomenės psichologinę sveikatą ir t. t. Draudimo apsaugos galiojimas turi komplikuotas ribas laike ir erdvėje, kurių fizinis arba juridinis asmuo gali neperprasti ir sužinoti tik iškilus problemai.
