Abstract
Baigiamojo darbo apibūdinimas – draudimo apsauga neprasideda ir kartais nebaigia galioti
kartu su draudimo sutartimi, tai priklauso nuo draudimo rūšies. Kiekviena draudimo rūšis ir
draudikas turi atskiras draudimo taisykles, kurios nurodo, kokioje erdvėje ir laike pradeda ir
pabaigia galioti draudimo apsauga. Darbo aktualumas - gerai veikianti draudimo apsauga, naudinga
visai visuomenei, mažina finansinę nelygybę, stiprina visuomenės psichologinę sveikatą ir t. t.
Draudimo apsaugos galiojimas turi komplikuotas ribas laike ir erdvėje, kurių fizinis arba juridinis
asmuo gali neperprasti ir sužinoti tik iškilus problemai. Ši tema yra mažai nagrinėta ir mažai
aprašyta, todėl verta į ją pasigilinti.

expire together with the insurance contract; it depends on the type of insurance. Each type of
insurance and the insurer has separate insurance rules that specify in what space and time the
insurance coverage starts and ends. The relevance of the work - well-functioning insurance
protection, which benefits the whole society, reduces financial inequality, strengthens the
psychological health of the society, etc. t. The validity of insurance coverage has complex limits in
time and space that a natural or legal person can misunderstand and learn only when a problem
arises. This topic is little explored and little described, so it’s worth delving into.
