Abstract
Darbą sudaro trys skyriai. Teorinėje dalyje, kurią sudaro du skyriai, aptariama negaliojančių sandorių, įskaitant nuginčijamus, teisinis reglamentavimas ir samprata, antrame skyriuje aptariamos pasekmės tada, kada nuginčijami sandoriai pripažįstami negaliojančiais. Analitinėje darbo dalyje pateikiama teismų praktika nagrinėjamos temos prasme bei atliktos teismų praktikos analizės rezultatai.
Description
The work consists of three sections. The theoretical part, consisting of two chapters, discusses the legal regulation and concept of invalid transactions, including contestable ones, and the second chapter discusses the consequences when contestable transactions are recognized as invalid. The analytical part of the work presents the case law in the sense of the topic under consideration and the results of the analysis of the case law.
