dc.description	The work consists of three sections. The theoretical part, consisting of two chapters, discusses the legal regulation and concept of invalid transactions, including contestable ones, and the second chapter discusses the consequences when contestable transactions are recognized as invalid. The analytical part of the work presents the case law in the sense of the topic under consideration and the results of the analysis of the case law.	en_US
