The results of the research revealed that women identified all 14 roles of social workers, described in literature. Women, living in Women’s Crisis Centre, mostly identified the role of a social worker as a data processing person. The roles of mediator, provider of service, and empowerer go after that. The least identified role of social worker was the one of a community planner. |
