Teorinėje darbo dalyje aptariami konkurencijos teoriniai aspektai.
Analitinėje darbo dalyje atliekamas UAB „Vyčio komisarai“ konkurencingumo tyrimas pritaikant
Porterio „5 jėgų“ modelį, atlikta SSGG analizė. Projektinėje darbo dalyje pateikiamos priemonės
konkurencinių pozicijų stiprinimui ir jų įgyvendinimui. Darbo tikslas - Pateikti UAB „Vyčio komisarai“ saugos paslaugų konkurencinių pozicijų
stiprinimo priemones.

Description
The theoretical aspects of competition and competitiveness are discussed
in the theoretical part of the work. In the analytical part of the work, a competitiveness study is carried
out by analyzing the characteristics of the company, competitors and their activities, the results of the
investigation are presented, as well as the analysis of SWOT. The project work part presents measures
to strengthen competitive positions and the estimated budget is intended to draw up a plan for
competitive positions. The purpose of the work is to provide Vycio komisarai UAB with measures to strengthen
competitive positions of safety services by assessing the criteria of the market environment.
