At the end of the twentieth century, people began to pay more attention to the quality of services, and as the quality of life changes, so do the demands placed on the quality of services and products. Consumers demand that the service or product they pay for meet their expectations and be implemented as specified by the supplier. One of the best ways a company can differentiate itself from others is to prove to customers that its services are of better quality than existing competitors. Companies that provide better quality services than their competitors have a greater opportunity to outperform them both in terms of the number of customers and in generating higher revenue. The business of rural tourism homesteads is widespread in Lithuania, currently there are over half a thousand homesteads providing their services to customers. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | XX a. pabaigoje žmonės labiau pradėjo kreipti dėmesį į paslaugų kokybę, todėl vis dažniau kintant gyvenimo kokybei, kartu atsiranda ir reikalavimai, keliami paslaugų ir produktų kokybei. Vartotojai reikalauja, kad paslauga ar produktas, už kurį jie moka, atitiktų jų lūkesčius ir būtų įgyvendinami taip, kaip nurodoma tiekėjo. Vienas iš geriausių būdų, kuriuo įmonė gali išskirti save iš kitų – įrodyti klientams, kad jos teikiamos paslaugos yra labiau kokybiškesnės nei esamų konkurentų. Įmonės, kurios teikia kokybiškesnes paslaugas už savo konkurentus, turi didesnę galimybę juos aplenkti tiek klientų skaičiumi, tiek generuoti didesnes pajamas. Kaimo turizmo sodybų verslas Lietuvoje yra paplitęs, šiuo metu suskaičiuojama virš pusės tūkstančio sodybų teikiančių savo paslaugas klientams. | en_US |
