These changes, such as the formation of regional trade agreements, the formation of strategic alliances between companies and the spread of information technology, have reduced barriers between countries. For all these reasons, the choice of foreign market approach strategy has become a key aspect of the company’s international strategy. The problem of the final work is defined by a problematic question: what methods and tools should UAB Evolution Lithuania apply when assessing business development opportunities in the German market? The aim of the work is to analyze the business development perspectives of UAB Evolution Lithuania in the German market. The object of the work is business development. The methods: comparative analysis of scientific literature, analysis of the content of company documents, description and calculation of financial indicators, SWOT analysis.en_US
dc.description.abstractTarptautinio verslo aplinkos pokyčiai apsunkino užsienio rinkos pasirinkimą. Šie pokyčiai, susiję su regioninių prekybos susitarimų formavimu, strateginių aljansų tarp įmonių kūrimu ir informacinių technologijų plitimu, sumažino kliūtis tarp šalių. Dėl visų šių priežasčių pagrindiniu įmonės tarptautinės strategijos aspektu tapo užsienio rinkos požiūrio strategijos pasirinkimas. Baigiamojo darbo problema apibrėžiama probleminiu klausimu: kokiu metodus bei priemones UAB Evolution Lithuania turėtų taikyti vertinant verslo plėtros galimybes Vokietijos rinkoje? Darbo tikslas – išanalizuoti UAB „Evolution Lithuania“ verslo plėtros perspektyvas Vokietijos rinkoje. Darbo objektas – verslo plėtra. Darbo metodai: mokslinės literatūros lyginamoji analizė, įmonės dokumentų turinio analizė, finansinių rodiklių apibūdinimas ir skaičiavimas, SSGG analizė.en_US
