dc.descriptionThe first part of the work analyzes the theoretical aspects of increasing customer loyalty. The second part of the work presents the prepared methodology, analyzes the data obtained during the questionnaire survey, these are systematized, the most important insights are presented. The final work reveals that business relationships with customers are valued positively. It has been found that the loyalty measures used have a significant impact on such relationships. The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to analyze the theoretical aspects of increasing customer loyalty, to examine the factors and measures promoting loyalty in the case of UAB "Sanitex" Kaunas Retail department. To achieve the goal, the following methods were used in the work - analysis of scientific literature, comparison, systematization, generalization, questionnaire survey.en_US
dc.description.abstractTeorinėje darbo dalyje analizuojami teoriniai klientų lojalumo didinimo aspektai. Antroje darbo dalyje pateikiama parengta metodologija, analizuojami anketinės apklausos metu gauti duomenys, šie susisteminami, pateikiamos svarbiausios įžvalgos. Praktinėje darbo dalyje pateikiami tyrimo rezultatai bei esminės išvados. Atskleista, kad UAB „Sanitex“ Kauno Retail padalinio verslo santykiai su klientais yra vertinami teigiamai. Nustatyta, kad tokiems santykiams didelę įtaką daro naudojamos lojalumą skatinančios priemonės. Bakalauro baigiamajame darbe iškeltas tikslas - išanalizavus teorinius klientų lojalumo didinimo aspektus, ir lojalumą skatinančius veiksnius bei priemones UAB „Sanitex“ Kauno Retail padalinio atveju, pateikti sprendimus klientų lojalumo didinimui. Darbo metodai – mokslinės literatūros analizė, palyginimas, sisteminimas, apibendrinimas, anketinė apklausa.en_US
