The analytical part presents the company UAB Ollex, what are the organizational problems in the company, presents the research method and provides suggestions on how to improve the passenger transportation process. The project part provides a specific approach to problem solving. The main problem of the – Weaknesses in the process of organizing passenger transport, such as delays and underdevelopment of the routes. The aim of the work- To analyze the process of organizing the passenger express of UAB Ollex, its shortcomings and to submit suggestions for improvement. | dc.description.abstract | Teorinėje dalyje aptariama keleivių pervžimo teorinė analizė. Analitinėje dalyje pristatoma įmonė UAB „Ollex“, kokios įmonėje kyla organizavimo problemos, pristatomas tyrimo metodas ir pagal jį teikiami pasiūlymai kaip tobulinti keleivių pervežimo procesą. Projektinėje dalyje pateikiamas konkretus metodas problemoms spręsti. Darbo problema - Keleivių pervežimo organizavimo proceso trūkumai, tokie kaip vėlavimas ir maršruto neišvystimas. Darbo tikslas - Išanalizuoti UAB ,,Ollex“ keleivių ekspreso organizavimo procesą, jo trūkumus bei pateikti tobulinimo pasiūlymus.
