dc.descriptionThe problem of the BA thesis is the lack of transport, which carriers carry cargo cheaper. The aim of the work is to evaluate the possibility of UAB “Tomegris” to purchase vehicles, as well as to evaluate more of its purchases. The working methods used were analysis of scientific literature, survey, analysis of databases, SWOT and PEST analysis. In the theoretical part is written how the significance of logistics is theoretically understood, as well as how the transportation of cargo works, the difference between transport manager and cargo forwarder, also, how to improve the cargo transportation. The analytical part briefly discusses the activities of UAB “Tomegris”, how its management and financial opportunities take place. It is also analyzed, so the purchase of transport can be beneficial. The practical part provides calculations on how the new transport purchase would pay off and where it would be used.en_US
dc.description.abstractDarbo problema yra transporto trūkumas, kuris vežtų įmonės krovinius už pigiau. Darbo tikslas yra įvertinti UAB „Tomegris“ galimybes įsigyti transporto priemones, taip pat įvertinti kiek jos apsipirks. Naudojami darbo metodai buvo mokslinės literatūros analizė, apklausa, duomenų bazių analizė, SSGG bei PEST analizės. Teorinėje darbo dalyje aptariama kaip teoriškai yra suprantama logistikos reikšmė, taip pat kaip vyksta krovinio transportavimas, kuo skiriasi transporto vadybininkas nuo ekspeditoriaus bei pogrindžiai, kodėl verta tobulinti krovinių transportavimo veiklą. Analitinėje dalyje trumpai aptariama UAB „Tomegris“ veikla, kaip vyksta jos valdymas bei finansinės galimybės. Taip pat, analizuojama, kodėl transporto įsigyjimas šiai įmonei gali būti naudingas. Praktinėje dalyje pateikiami skaičiavimai, kaip atsipirktų naujo transporto įsigyjimas bei kur jis būtų panaudojamas.en_US
