Abstract
Pirmoje dalyje aptariami logistikos procesai, sandėliavimo procesai ir inovacijų
kūrimas bei taikymas versle teoriniais aspektais. Antroje dalyje aptariama įmonės bendroji informacija
ir atlikti žvalgybinis ir kokybinis tyrimai bei gauta tyrimo duomenų analizė. Trečioje dalyje pateiktas
identifikuoto sandėliavimo proceso tobulinimo siūlymas taikant technologines inovacijas. Darbo problema: Nepakankamai tobulinami tam tikri sandėliavimo procesai turintys neigiamą
įtaką visai sandėliavimo procesų grandžiai.
Darbo tikslas: Išanalizavus sandėliavimo procesų teorinius aspektus ir atlikus empirinį tyrimą,
pateikti siūlymus UAB „Kesko Senukai Lithuania“ sandėliavimo procesų tobulinimui, taikant inovacijas.
Description
The first part discusses the theoretical aspects of logistics processes, warehousing
processes and the development and application of innovation in business. The second part discusses the
general information of the company and the intelligence and qualitative research and analysis of the
obtained research data. The third part presents a proposal to improve the identified storage process
through technological innovation. The main problem of the work: Insufficient improvement of certain storage processes that have
a negative impact on the entire storage process chain.
The aim of the work: After analyzing the theoretical aspects of warehousing processes and
conducting empirical research, to provide suggestions for the improvement of warehousing processes of
UAB Kesko Senukai Lithuania by applying innovations.
