Baigiamąjį darbą sudaro trys dalys, pirma analizuojama asmens teisės į atvaizdą samprata, teisinio reguliavimo ypatumai. Taip pat analizuojama asmens atvaizdo skelbimo viešoje erdvėje problematika bei neturtinės žalos atlyginimas pažeidus asmens teises į atvaizdą.en_US
