Abstract
Darbo tikslas - išanalizuoti civilinę atsakomybę už asmens teisės į atvaizdą pažeidimą.
Darbo metodai – analitinis metodas, aprašomasis metodas.
Darbo struktūra. Baigiamąjį darbą sudaro trys dalys, pirma analizuojama asmens teisės į atvaizdą samprata, teisinio reguliavimo ypatumai. Taip pat analizuojama asmens atvaizdo skelbimo viešoje erdvėje problematika bei neturtinės žalos atlyginimas pažeidus asmens teises į atvaizdą.

The aim of the professional BA thesis - to analyze the infringement of the right of personal portrayal.
Research methods - analytical method, descriptive method.
The stucture. The final work consists of three parts, first the paper analyzes the concept of a person‘s right to an image, the legal control of pecularities. Furthermore, the paper analyzes the problem of a person‘s portrayal in public space and non- pecuniary damage reward after the infrigement of the right of personal portrayal.
