dc.descriptionThe bachelor thesis consists of three parts. The theoretical part discusses the concept of organizational culture, the benefits of organizational culture development for employees and the company, as well as the peculiarities of applying the Lean methodology and the importance of ensuring the success of the company's activities. The analytical part of the work presents the results of the research of organizational culture of ŽŪB „Nematekas”. The project part of the work presents suggestions to ŽŪB Nematekas on how to improve the development of organizational culture using the Lean method. The aim of this thesis. Research is to analyze the organizational culture of ŽŪB Nematekas and to present proposals for its improvement by implementing the Lean methodology.en_US
dc.description.abstractDarbą sudaro trys dalys. Teorinėje dalyje aptariama organizacinės kultūros samprata, organizacinės kultūros vystymo nauda darbuotojams ir įmonei, taip pat Lean metodikos taikymo ypatumai bei svarba įmonės veiklos sėkmingumui užtikrinti. Analitinėje darbo dalyje pateikiami ŽŪB „Nematekas“ organizacinės kultūros tyrimo rezultatai. Projektinė darbo dalyje pateikiami pasiūlimai ŽŪB „Nematekas“ kaip patobulinti organizacinės kultūro kūrimą pasitelkus Lean metodą. Darbo problema. ŽŪB „Nematekas“ vyrauja nepalanki organizacinė kultūra dėl ko pastebima didelė darbuotojų kaita. Darbo tikslas – išanalizuoti ŽŪB „Nematekas“ organizacinę kultūrą ir pateikti pasiūlymus jos gerinimui pasitelkiant Lean metodiką.en_US
