Pirmame skyriuje aptariamos bankroto ir nemokumo sampratos bei tyčinio ir nusikalstamo bankroto sampratos. Antrame skyriuje analizuojamas nusikalstamo ir tyčinio bankroto teisinis reglamentavimas Lietuvoje, Vokietijoje bei Ispanijoje.
