Companies operate in an unpredictable environment where government, rivals, suppliers, consumers are potentially unknown, so in order to keep positions unchanged, it is worthwhile to increase the scale of the activity, as the increasing penetration of the market is the basis for the competitiveness of the enterprises. According to Kucinskienė and Marcinskas (2014), the key to business success is to see opportunities of business development. Thus, business without business development opportunities exposed to competition and other factors, is condemned to stagnation or possibly even to complete liquidation. Problem of thesis: decreasing customer flows in the Siauliai region encourages the search for new potential markets. Aim of thesis: to find out the possibilities of development of UAB "DEMIVA" activity in Kaunas market; to submit project decisions for implementation development. Objectives of the thesis: expansion Possibilities for Demiva UAB. Methods of thesis: scientific literature analysis, questionnaire survey, document analysis. The results/conclusions: for the majority of consumers, major factors influencing the choice of computers or other electronics repair services are repair rates, discounts, indicators of professionalism and quality of service. Reach and positions in the search engine is important for half of the consumers. Therefore, it's no wonder that 73% consumers would choose the service that would perform the troubleshooting work at a lower cost, but providing a high-quality guarantee, applying 45%. discount for second repair work. Suggestions/recommendations: in order to successfully carry out development and take market share it is worthwhile to focus on consumer expectations revealed in the research, behavior: apply 45 percent discount for second repairs, work up to 22 o'clock. The work consists of 75 pages, 19 tables, 17 pictures, 43 references and sources of information, 6 appendices.en
