dc.descriptionThe theoretical aspects of boosting management efficiency are discussed in the theoretical part. The practical part is used to present the research into the quality of the supplementary service management at the Sole Proprietorship of A. Linkevičius and its results. Recommendations on how to increase the efficiency of supplementary service management at the Sole Proprietorship of A. Linkevičius is presented in the project-based part. Conclusions are given at the end of the paper. Research questions: The management of supplementary services at the Sole Proprietorship of A. Linkevičius is inefficient, resulting in the rising dissatisfaction of the clients, worsening quality of the services and increasing expenditure. The solution of these problems would allow the companies of such type to achieve better operating results, having applied the quality management methods described in this paper. The goal of the study is to analyze the efficiency of supplementary service management at the Sole Proprietorship of A. Linkevičius and to give recommendations how to increase it.en_US
dc.description.abstractTeorinėje dalyje aptariamas organizacijų valdymo efektyvumo didinimas teoriniu aspektu. Praktinėje darbo dalyje pristatomas A. Linkevičiaus įmonės papildomų paslaugų valdymo kokybės vertinimo tyrimas ir jo rezultatai. Projektinėje darbo dalyje pateikiamos rekomendacijos A. Linkevičiaus įmonės papildomų paslaugų valdymo efektyvumui didinti. Darbo pabaigoje pateikiamos išvados. Darbo problema: A. Linkevičiaus įmonėje vyksta neefektyvus papildomų paslaugų valdymas, todėl didėja klientų nepasitenkinimas, blogėja tokių paslaugų kokybė, auga šių paslaugų teikimo sąnaudos. Šios problemos sprendimas leistų tokio tipo įmonėms pritaikius šiame darbe pasiūlytus kokybės valdymo metodus, siekti gerų veiklos rezultatų. Darbo tikslas – išanalizuoti A. Linkevičiaus įmonės papildomų paslaugų valdymo efektyvumą ir pateikti rekomendacijas jo didinimui.en_US
