The analytical part of the work presents the results of the evaluation of customer service UAB RV-Transport. The project part of the work presents opportunities for improvement and suggestions for improving the quality of customer service. Work problem. It is noticeable that the turnover of employees in Lithuanian transport companies is quite high, although the companies are operating profitably. What determines the quality of transport service customer service? The aim of the work is to evaluate the quality of customer service and submit proposals for the improvement of transportation services and customer service to UAB RV-Transport. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Teorinėje baigiamojo darbo dalyje pristatoma įvairių autorių, klientų aptarnavimo kokybės samprata bei analizuojami veiksniai, darantys įtaką klientų aptarnavimo paslaugų kokybei. Analitinėje darbo dalyje pristatomi klientų aptarnavimo UAB „RV-Transport“ vertinimo rezultatai. Projektinėje darbo dalyje pateikiamos tobulinimo galimybės bei siūlymai, padedantys gerinti klientų aptarnavimo kokybę. Darbo problema. Pastebima, kad darbuotojų kaita Lietuvos transporto įmonėse yra pakankamai didelė, nors įmonės dirba pelningai. Kas lemia transporto paslaugų klientų aptarnavimo kokybę? Darbo tikslas – įvertinus klientų aptarnavimo paslaugų kokybę, pateikti transportavimo paslaugų ir klientų aptarnavimo gerinimo siūlymus UAB „RV-Transport“. | en_US |
