Analitinėje dalyje aprašoma vidinė ir išorinė įmonės analizė ir tyrimo rezultatai, buvo atlitka anketinė apklausa, SSGG ir PEST analizės. Projektinėje dalyje aprašyta krovinių gabenimo optimizavimo galimybė analizuojamoje įmonėje. Darbo problema. Dėl kritusios darbuotojų motyvacijos ir vadybinikų sugebėjimų trūkumo, UAB „Transto“ vyrauja krovinių atgabenimo laiku problema.
