Abstract
Teorinėjė dalyje aptariama paslaugos, kokybės samprata, transportavimo ir
krovinių pristatymo procesas bei jų optimizavimas. Analitinėje dalyje aprašoma vidinė ir išorinė
įmonės analizė ir tyrimo rezultatai, buvo atlitka anketinė apklausa, SSGG ir PEST analizės.
Projektinėje dalyje aprašyta krovinių gabenimo optimizavimo galimybė analizuojamoje įmonėje. Darbo problema. Dėl kritusios darbuotojų motyvacijos ir vadybinikų sugebėjimų trūkumo,
UAB „Transto“ vyrauja krovinių atgabenimo laiku problema. Kokias krovinių gabenimo optimizavimo
galimybes taikyti, kad vėlavimų skaičius sumažėtų?
Darbo tikslas. Išanalizuoti krovinių gabenimo paslaugos procesų optimizavimo galimybes.
