In modern society, the need for organizing business events in hotels is increasing. More and more hotels are organizing business events, with specially tailored facilities for this type of event, with the necessary equipment. Providing business events for hotel customers to organize business events in hotels is beneficial as these events bring additional income and are organized all year round, regardless of seasonality. The aim of the final thesis is to analyze the possibilities of organizing business events at Via Baltica Hotel. The paper analyzes the scientific literature on the organization of business events in hotels, a study was carried out that helped to ascertain how participants of business events evaluate the organization of business events at the Hotel Via Baltica. Based on the results of the research, the work presents the possibilities of improving the activities of the selected object. Methods of work. The paper analyzes the literature on the chosen topic, based on the sources of different authors. The chosen method of investigation was a questionnaire survey, during which business participants were interviewed. The structure. The theoretical part discusses the concept of business events, describes how the events are classified and describes the stages of organization of business events. In the practical part of the work, the selected object is analyzed, the research is carried out and the results of the research are presented. In the project part of the work there are presented possibilities of improvement of activity. Scope of the work. - the work consists of 51 pages, 10 tables, 11 figures, 25 literature and 25 sources of information.	en
dc.description.abstract	Šiuolaikinėje visuomenėje verslo renginių organizavimo viešbučiuose poreikis didėja. Vis daugiau viešbučių organizuoja verslo renginius, turi specialiai tokio tipo renginiams pritaikytas patalpas, reikiamą įrangą. Suteikti galimybę verslo renginių užsakovams organizuoti verslo renginius viešbučiuose yra naudinga, nes šie renginiai atneša papildomų pajamų ir yra organizuojami ištisus metus, nepriklauso nuo sezoniškumo. Teorinėje dalyje aptariama verslo renginių samprata, pateikiama, kaip klasifikuojami renginiai bei aprašomi verslo renginių organizavimo etapai. Praktinėje darbo dalyje analizuojamas pasirinktas objektas, atliekamas tyrimas ir pateikiami tyrimo rezultatai. Projektinėje darbo dalyje pateikiamos veiklos tobulinimo galimybės. Darbą sudaro 51 puslapiai, 10 lentelių, 11 paveikslų, 25 literatūros informacijos šaltiniai, 2 priedai.	en_US
