The paper describes the application of Lean methods to AB Žemaitijos Pienas in the process of final product distribution. Describes theoretical aspects, examines the investigated company and presents solutions to the company's problem. This topic is important to consider in order to understand the Lean system and its customization in practice, to examine the characteristics of distribution processes. The main problem of Professional BD thesis - Why AB "Žemaitijos Pienas" does not make cargo packages for small ones customers before transporting products? The aim of the professional BD thesis – to analyze the possibilities of applying Lean methods to AB Žemaitijos Pienas in the process of final product distribution. Objectives of the professional BA thesis: AB Žemaitijos pienas Methods of the professional BA thesis: scientific literature analysis, company data analysis, monitoring, micro-macro environment analysis, interviews. The structure: The theoretical part discusses one of the parts of the logistics system: distribution logistics and Lean system and principles as well. The practical part of the work describes the investigated company AB "Žemaitijos pienas", the image of its activity, etc. The study is also discussed, the problem is revealed. The project part of the work outlines specific ways to solve the problem. The results/conclusions: The problem is in the process of distributing the finished product. To solve the problem, four Lean methods have been proposed. These methods did not solve this problem directly, but helped to find possible solutions. Short suggestions/recommendations: To solve the problem, save time and improve the distribution process, it was decided to apply the Lean system methods: Kaize, 5S, Andon, PDCA. Without having verified the solutions in practice, it would be difficult to decide which Lean method is most suitable for improving the distribution process. The work consists of 50 pages, 6 tables, 19 pictures, 37 references and sources of information.	en
dc.description.abstract	Baigiamojo darbo teorinėje dalyje aptariama viena iš logistikos sistemos dalių: paskirstymo logistika bei „Lean“ sistema ir principai. Analitinėje darbo dalyje aprašoma tiriama įmonė AB „Žemaitijos pienas“, jos veikla įvaizdis ir kt. Taip pat aptariamas tyrimas, atskleidžiama problema. Projektinėje darbo dalyje išdėstomi konkretūs problemos sprendimo būdai.	en_US
