E-shops save valuable time and allow you to shop without leaving your home. As modern life has a high pace, the ability to buy online can make the consumer more comfortable. Consumers choose to buy goods or services online, not only for their time savings, but also for saving money and a much larger selection of goods or services. Especially, that all this can be done without leaving the foot of the house. For example, buying a garden technique that is big and heavy is very convenient to buy online with the possibility to get the product directly delivered to the yard. The main problem – how to improve the e-business? The aim – to find out in what ways the e-business can be improved. Methods - situation analysis, scientific analysis of literature, empirical research. The paper consists of three parts. Theoretical part provides the conception of e – business its advantages and disadvantages. The second analytic part presents the information about company. The third part provides the recommendations for the company, according to the results of the empirical research. Empirical investigation revealed that sales representatives of UAB HUSQVARNA LIETUVA, which deal only with Husqvarna products and have electronic commerce, have recently started selling online and have not developed well enough in this sector. Short sugestions/recommendations. By the developing e-business the sales representatives of UAB HUSQVARNA LIETUVA are advised to improve the functions of the e-shop themselves by introducing the possibility of direct contact with the consultants in order to answer the customer's questions quickly and efficiently. It is important to expand the delivery possibilities by signing the contracts with couriers or parcel services, by ensuring a safe and prompt delivery of goods to a customer's chosen location. The final thesis consists of 49 pages, 12 tables, 7 pictures, 24 literature and information sources, Appendix 1.
