Description of the work: the final bachelor's work analyzes the activities of the "Genba food" marketing complex from the theoretical and analytical aspect. The study found that in the marketing complex, the company should take into account the presentation of advertising, in order to attract customers and increase existing loyalty. It has also been found that there is a lack of communication in the distribution of goods. The aim. To analyze solutions for improvement marketing complex of UAB "Genba food". Methods of work: Analysis of theoretical and scientific literature, document analysis of UAB Genba food, analysis of data from the Lithuanian Department of Statistics, monitoring, qualitative (interview) research and analysis of results. Work tasks: 1. To describe the elements of the marketing complex in the theoretical aspect; 2. Describe the activity profile of UAB Genba food. 3. To analyze the impact of the marketing complex on the activities of UAB Genba food; 4. To submit proposals for improving the marketing complex of UAB "Genba food". Work object. UAB "Genba food" marketing complex. The results. The marketing complex and its improvement are important in order to gain a competitive advantage in the market. In order to attract new customers and maintain the already existing customers of UAB Genba food, it is necessary to analyze and improve marketing activities. The research revealed that it is difficult for the company to attract new customers due to the lack of advertising and the poor quality of distribution services. On this basis, offers will be offered to help improve the company's marketing activities, attract new customers, maintain existing ones and improve the quality of the service. In order to attract new customers, it is suggested to use more advertising, such as directories, various business meetings with customers and suppliers. Advertising will help create better relationships with existing and potential customers. It is also suggested to buy your own transport for goods, so that goods are distributed in a timely manner. dc.description.abstract Profesinio bakalauro baigiamajame darbe analizuojama UAB „Genba food“ marketingo komplekso veikla teoriniu ir analitiniu aspektu. Teorinėje dalyje aptariama marketingo samprata, marketingo komplekso sandara, marketingo komplekso elementų apibūdinimas, jų naudingumas įmonės veiklai, aptariama marketingo aplinka bei marketingo strategijos. Analitinėje darbo dalyje aprašoma UAB „Genba food“ veikla, atliekama marketingo komplekso analizė, SSGG analizė bei atliktas marketingo tyrimas ir rezultatų analizė. Projektinėje darbo dalyje pateikiami UAB „Genba food“ marketingo komplekso tobulinimui skirti pasiūlymai. UAB „Genba food“ yra didmeninės prekybos įmonė, tiekianti maisto pramonės žaliavas ir produktus Pabaltijo šalyse ir vykdanti tarptautinę prekybą šiomis žaliavomis. Atlikus tyrimą nustatyta, jog marketingo komplekse įmonei reikia atsižvelgti į reklamos pateikimą, norint pritraukti klientų bei padidinti esamų lojalumą. Taip pat nustatyta, jog vykdant prekių paskirstymą, įmonei trūksta komunikacijos. en_US
