Abstract
Darbą sudaro teorinė dalis, analitinė dalis ir praktinė dalis. Teorinėje darbo dalyje
analizuojama logistikos procesų bei broko. Analitinėje dalyje pristatoma UAB „DPD Lietuva“ įmonės
veikla, aprašomas atliktas tyrimas bei pateikiami tyrimo rezultatai. Praktinėje darbo dalyje, remiantis
teorine ir analitine dalimis, pateikiami sprendimai dėl pažeistų siuntų kiekio mažinimo. Darbo problema – siuntų pažeidimai yra didelė problema siuntų gabenimo įmonėm. Kokius
sprendimus reikėtų priimti, kad sumažėtų pažeistų siuntų skaičius?
Darbo objektas – UAB „DPD Lietuva“ pažeistų siuntų tikrinimo procesas.
Darbo tikslas – išanalizuoti UAB „DPD Lietuva“, atskleisti problemas susijusias su siuntų
pažeidimais ir pateikti šios problemos tobulinimo sprendimus.

Description
The work consists of a theoretical part, an analytical part and a
practical part. The theoretical part of the work analyzes the logistics processes and parcel defects. The
analytical part presents the activities of UAB “DPD Lietuva”, describes the research and presents the
results of the research. In the practical part of the work, based on the theoretical and analytical parts,
decisions on the reduction of parcel defects are presented. The main problem of the work – parcel defect is a big problem for parcel carrier companies.
What decisions should be made to reduce the number of damaged consignments?
The object of the work - UAB DPD Lietuva inspection process for damaged shipments.
The aim of the work – is to analyze UAB “DPD Lietuva”, reveal the problems that’s causing
parcel defect and to provide solutions for the improvement of the problem.
