| dc.description | The theoretical part presents the analysis of scientific material on the topic of business development, its importance for the company, and the importance of the development of logistics companies at the international level. The analytical part analyzes the company's internal and external environment, the study of business development opportunities, PEST and SWOT analyzes of the Austrian market. The project part presents business development solutions, and the analytical part presents the company analyzes, offers solutions for UAB Raben Group business development in the Austrian market. The problem of the work - the beginning of the war forced Raben Group UAB to suspend operations in the Raben Ukraine branch, for this reason the company seeks to connect Austria to its logistics map, thus increasing the efficiency of its operations and the resulting profit. Austria is taking significant steps towards the development of logistics infrastructure and scores high on the logistics efficiency index and continues to invest in technology and infrastructure. The aim of the work - is to provide Raben Group with business development solutions in the Austrian market after a study of literature sources, company environments, business development opportunities and analysis of the Austrian market. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Teorinėje dalyje pateikiama mokslinės medžiagos analizė verslo plėtros, jos svarbos įmonei, bei logistikos įmonių plėtros svarbos tarptautiniu mastu tema. Analitinėje dalyje analizuojama įmonės vidinė bei išorinė aplinka, atliekamas verslo plėtros galimybių tyrimas, Austrijos rinkos PEST ir SSGG analizės. Projektinėje dalyje pateikiami verslo plėtros sprendimai, pagal pateiktas įmonės analizes, siūlomi sprendimai UAB „Raben Group“ verslo plėtrai Austrijos rinkoje. Darbo problema - prasidėjęs karas UAB ”Raben Group” privertė sustabdyti veiklą “Raben Ukraine” filiale, dėl šios priežasties įmonė siekia į savo logistikos žemėlapį prijungti Austriją, taip padidinant savo veiklos efektyvumą ir gaunamą pelną. Austrija deda didelius žingsnius logistikos infrastruktūros plėtros link ir užima aukštus balus pagal logistikos efektyvumo indeksą ir toliau investuoja į technologijas ir infrastruktūrą. Ši šalis yra strategiškai palanki įmonės teikiamoms paslaugoms ir yra logistinis tiltas tarp Vokietijos ir Italijos. Darbo tikslas – atlikus literatūros šaltinių ir įmonės veiklos aplinkų analizę, pateikti įmonei UAB „Raben Group” galimus verslo plėtros sprendimus Austrijos rinkoje. | en_US |
