Abstract
Darbo problema. Darbe analizuojami UAB „Biorenta“ logistiniai procesai. Darbe keliama
problema – nepakankamas informacinių technologijų taikymas UAB „Biorenta” logistinių procesų
valdymo srityje.
Darbo tikslas. Ištyrus UAB „Biorenta“ logistikos veiklos ypatumus, pateikti siūlymus logistinių
procesų tobulinimui taikant informacinių technologijų sprendimus.
Darbo metodai - mokslinės literatūros analizė, sisteminimas bei apibendrinimas, kokybinis
tyrimas – pusiau struktūrizuotas interviu, stebėjimo metodas.
Darbo rezultatai. Atlikus logistinių proceso valdymo tyrimo analizę, išryškėjo keturios
problemos: neoptimizuotas maršrutų valdymas, netinkamai sužymėtas įmonei priklausantis inventorius,
nepakankamas informacinių technologijų naudojimas – logistiniuose procesuose naudojamas “rankinis
darbas”, per mažai logistinių procesų etapų, kurie perkelti į skaitmeninę erdvę, vairuotojai – operatoriai
nėra aprūpinti tinkamomis išmaniosiomis priemonėmis.
Description
The main problem of the proffesional BA thesis. The paper analyzes the logistics processes of
UAB Biorenta. The problem posed in the work is insufficient application of information technologies in
the field of logistics process management of UAB Biorenta.
The aim of the proffesional BA thesis. After analyzing the theoretical aspects of logistics
process management, to identify the possibilities of improving the logistics processes of UAB Biorenta
by applying information technology solutions.
Methods of the proffesional BA thesis. Analysis, systematization and generalization of
scientific literature, qualitative research - semi-structured interview, monitoring method
The results. Analysis of the study on logistics process management highlighted four problems:
sub-optimised route management, inadequate tagging of the company's inventory, inadequate use of
information technology - the use of "manual labour" in logistics processes, too few steps in the logistics
process that have been digitised, and the lack of driver-operators equipped with the right smart tools.
