Teorinėje dalyje įvairūs autoriai supažindinami su logistikos
sąvoka, perdavimo proceso organizavimu, paslaugomis ir logistikos organizavimu, verslo sistemų
samprata ir taikymu organizuojant transportą. Analitinėje darbo dalyje nurodoma įmonės veiklos
analizė, pusiau struktūrizuotas interviu ir anketos bei pateikiami rezultatai. Projektinėje darbo
dalyje patariama, kaip pagerinti transporto organizavimą. Darbo problema. Ar informacinės valdymo sistemos „FleetComplete“ įdiegimas
padės išspręsti neefektyvius krovinių pervežimo procesus dėl inovatyvių sprendimų trūkumo?
Darbo tikslas. Išanalizuoti UAB „Treka“ krovinių pervežimo procesus ir pateikti jiems
inovatyvius sprendimus.
