| dc.description | In the theoretical part of the work, the scientific literature covering the aspects of service quality improvement is analyzed and discussed. In the analytical part of the work, the research evaluating the quality of services is performed and the analysis of the company is performed. The project part of the work presents suggestions for improving the quality of services. The conclusions are named. Work problem: how the quality of services provided by UAB „Ketrona“ can be improved. Analitinėje darbo dalyje pateikiamas atliekamas paslaugų kokybę įvertinantis tyrimas ir atliekama įmonės analizė. Projektinėje darbo dalyje pateikiami siūlymai paslaugų kokybės tobulinimui.
