| dc.description | The theoretical part of the work analyzes the views of various authors related to cargo management, the overall logistics chain and the transportation process. In the analytical part of the work, the external and internal environment of the company is introduced, actions are taken, semi-structured interviews are presented - the results of the research on the nuances of cargo management and areas for improvement are presented. In the practical part, suggestions for the improvement of cargo management are presented, and their financial payback is calculated. The main problem of the work: Communication between truck drivers and managers in freight management process does not allow to achieve the desired result by reducing the number of physical visits and exchange of paper documents. Therefore, the problem is formulated by the question: how can the cargo transportation management of Nordcarrier Baltic, UAB be improved by applying IT tools? The aim of the work: To submit proposals for the improvement of cargo transportation management in Nordcarrier Baltic, UAB. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Teorinėje darbo dalyje analizuojama įvairių autorių nuomonė, susijusi su krovinių pervežimo valdymu, bendrąja logistikos grandine ir transportavimo atlikimu. Analitinėje darbo dalyje yra supažindinama su įmonės išorine ir vidine aplinka, vykdomomis veiklomis, pateikiami pusiau struktūrinio interviu – tyrimo, rezultatai apie įmonės krovinių valdymo niuansus ir tobulintinas sferas. Praktinėje darbo dalyje pateikiami siūlymai krovinių valdymo tobulinimui, apskaičiuojamas finansinis jų atsiperkamumas. Darbo problema. Lėta komunikacija tarp vilkikų vairuotojų ir vadybos krovinių pervežimo valdyme, neleidžia įgyti siektino rezultato mažinant vairuotojų fizinių apsilankymų skaičių, popierinių dokumentų apsikeitimą. Todėl problema formuluojama klausimu: kaip galima patobulinti UAB ,,Nordcarrier Baltic” krovinių pervežimo valdymą, taikant IT įrankius? Darbo tikslas. Pateikti siūlymus krovinių pervežimo valdymo tobulinimui įmonėje UAB ,,Nordcarrier Baltic“. | en_US |
