Abstract
Teorinėje dalyje aptariama logistikos samprata iš mokslinės literatūros
analizė, aptariamas krovinio pervežimo valdymas ir jo veikla, antroje dalyje išanalizuota įmonės veikla,
taip pat SSGG ir PEST analizių pagalba išanalizuota įmonės vidinės ir išorinės savybės. Pasirinkti du
tyrimo metodai, jie išanalizuoti ir pateikti rezultatai. Trečioje dalyje išgryninta įmonės problema.
Problemai spręsti surandami sprendimo būdai, aprašytas jų pasiūlymas ir apskaičiuotas problemos
sprendimo atsiperkamumas. Darbo problema – UAB „Milavita“ nėra įmonė, kuri reikalui esant diegtų naujas reikalingas
sistemas. Dėl šio neatsakingumo, įmonės vilkikų sekimo sistema nėra atliekanti visas reikalingas
funkcijas, kurių reikėtų UAB „Milavita“ krovinio procesų valdymui.
Darbo tikslas - surasti įmonės UAB „Milavita“ pagrindinę problemą ir surasti jos sprendimo
būdus.
Description
The theoretical part discusses the concept of logistics from the
scientific literature analysis, discusses cargo transportation management, the second part analyzed the
company's activities, as well as the internal and external characteristics of the company analyzed with
the help of SWOT and PEST analyses. The third part purified the company's problem. To solve the
problem, solutions are found, their proposal is described and the payback of the problem is calculated. Work problem – UAB „Milavita“ is not a company that would install new necessary systems
if necessary. Due to this irresponsibility, the company's truck tracking system does not perform all the
necessary functions necessary for the management of UAB „Milavita“ cargo processes.
The purpose of the work - to find the main problem of UAB „Milavita“ and find solutions.
