dc.description	This final work compares the possibilities of fixation of a missing jaw: thermoplastic polyamide, acrylic dentures. Possible production methods are described. The methods of fixing these prostheses, their mutual advantages and disadvantages are discussed. Relevance of the topic This topic has been used because these days people are very concerned about the appearance of their teeth and their health. Loss of a tooth or several teeth not only causes biting dysfunction, but also aesthetic appearance. This usually happens to older people who still want to have a beautiful smile. Therefore, one of the most suitable options is a complete removable denture. Research problem: what are the methods of fixing complete removable dentures? The object of the research is the methods of fixing complete removable dentures. The aim of the study was to compare complete removable plaque teeth prosthesis fixation methods, their functionality and aesthetics. Research tasks: 1. To analyze the methods of fixation of complete removable dentures. 2. Compare materials in the production of complete removable dentures. Research methods: 1. Analysis of scientific and professional literature. 2. Production of complete removable dentures for the purpose of comparing different materials. In the final work, a professional literary and scientific analysis is performed, described by different possibilities of production, fixation methods and prosthetics of materials, their advantages and disadvantages in aesthetic and functional aspects are discussed. In modern dentistry, more and more innovations are emerging, new production materials, often prostheses made of polyamide material are now being chosen instead of the usual acrylic material. Well, and the methods of fixation are different: physical, biophysical, anatomical, surgical, biomechanical, physical-biological. It can be difficult to choose a prosthesis that can meet the clinical situation and all the desired expectations and wishes of the patient, but after analyzing the whole situation, the most optimal prosthetic method can be selected.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	Šiame baigiamajame darbe lyginamos bedančio žandikaulio fiksavimo galimybės: termoplastinis poliamidas, akriliniai dantų protezai. Aprašomi, galimi gamybos būdai. Aptariami šių protezų fiksavimo būdai, tarpusavio panašumai ir trūkumai. Temos aktualumas ši tema buvo panaudota, nes šiomis dienomis žmonėms labai rūpi dantų išvaizdą ir jų sveikata. Praradus dantį ar keletą dantų atsiranda ne tik kramtymo funkcijos sutrikimų, bet ir prarandamas estetinis vaizdas. Tai dažniausiai nutinka vyresnio amžiaus žmonėms, kurie dar vis nori turėti gražią šypseną. Todėl vienas iš tinkamiausių variantų yra pilnas išimamas dantų protezas. Tyrimo problema: kokie yra pilnų išimamųjų protezų fiksavimo būdai? Tyrimo objektas- pilnų išimamųjų dantų protezų fiksavimo būdai. Tyrimo tikslas- palyginti pilnų išimamų plokštelinių dantų protezų fiksavimo būdus, jų funkcionalumą ir estetiką. Tyrimo uždaviniai: 1. Išanalizuoti pilnų išimamųjų dantų protezų fiksavimo būdus. 2. Palyginti medžiagas , gaminant pilnus išimamuosius dantų protezus . Tyrimo metodai: 1. Mokslinės ir profesinės literatūros analizė. 2. Pilnų išimamųjų dantų protezų gamyba, kurios tikslas palyginti skirtingas medžiagas. Baigiamajame darbe atlikta profesinė literatūrinė ir mokslinė analizė, aprašytos skirtingų gamybos, fiksavimo būdų ir medžiagų protezavimo galimybės, aptarti jų privalumai bei trūkumai estetiniais bei funkciniais aspektais. Šiuolaikinėje odontologijoje atsiranda vis daugiau naujovių , naujų gamybos medžiagų , dažnai dabar pasirenkami iš poliamido medžiagos pagaminti protezai , vietoj akrilinės įprastos medžiagos. Na, o fiksavimo būdai įvairūs: fizikiniai, biofizikiniai, anatominiai, chirurginiai, biomechaniniai, fizikiniai-biologiniai. Gali būti sunku išsirinkti protezą galintį atitikti klinikinę situaciją ir visus norimus paciento lūkesčius bei norus, bet išanalizavus visą situaciją galima pasirinkti optimaliausią protezavimo būdą.	en_US
