With the growing demand for logistics services, companies must strive to organize logistics activities as smoothly as possible and offer the best possible service to maintain market competitiveness. Errors in the management of processes often occur due to the lack of a unanimous system. Business management systems are applied to avoid errors and optimize company management. In the absence of a solid business management system, UAB Margūnas UAB is experiencing financial and time losses in the organization of transport activities. Therefore, in order to reduce the number of errors and losses incurred, it is important to consider this topic. The main problem of the professional BA thesis - it is important for a logistics company to manage logistics processes smoothly. When the management of the transportation processes encounters errors (or problems), it is important to eliminate them, as each mistake causes financial and time losses to the company. Information flow integrity in the enterprise is an important part of the process. The aim of the professional BA thesis - to analyze the application of the centralized management system in UAB "Margūnas" in the organization of transport activities. Methods of the professional BA thesis – analysis of scientific literature; analysis of corporate documents; semi-structured interviews; comparative analysis; questionnaire. The structure – The theoretical part discusses the concepts of logistics and logistics chain provided by various authors, reviews the management and organization of transport processes and, from a theoretical point of view, analyzes the concept of a business management system and its application in the organization of transport activities. The analytical part of the work presents the research methodology and identified problem areas. In the design part of the work, the most appropriate business management system was selected and applied, a questionnaire survey of employees was conducted, and the system's returns and offers were submitted. The work consists of 70 pages, 12 tables, 31 pictures, 57 references and sources of information, 10 appendices. |
