dc.description	The information presented in the work is related to the customer relationship management. Theoretical material on the emergence and development of the customer relationship management and its use is analysed. It explains the purposes for which it is intended and how it can improve the company’s performance and save the company’s costs. Using new strategies, developing, or using new technologies, the focus is on growing the value of the company by consciously and strategically increasing the value of customers. To add value to an organization, specific user-driven strategies need to be developed. The company does not have a customer relationship management system in place, so it is wanted to explore how this would help improve company’s performance.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	Darbe pateikta informacija yra susijusi su ryšių su klientais valdymo sistema. Nagrinėjama teorinė medžiaga apie ryšių su klientais sistemos atsiradimą, raidą, jos naudojimą. Aiškinamasi, kokiems tikslams ji yra skirta ir kaip gali pagerinti įmonės darbą ir sutaupyti įmonės kaštus. Naudojant naujas strategijas, kuriant ar naudojant naujas technologijas, skiriamas dėmesys įmonės vertės augimui sąmoningai ir strategiškai didinant vartotojų vertę. Norint kelti organizacijos vertę reikia plėtoti konkrečias vartotojais paremtas strategijas. Įmonėje nėra įdiegta ryšių su klientais valdymo sistema, todėl norima ištirti kaip tai padėtų pagerinti įmonės darbą.	en_US
