dc.description	Relevance of the topic. Play is an integral part in every child’s life, so one can find out a lot about a child and his family only by playing or communicating with the child during the games. Children feel rather relaxed, and trust in other children or adults while playing with them. During play, children often simulate real life situations that they have already experienced and that have remained in their memory for positive or negative reasons. A child can be assisted in going through stressful situations, experience them through play with the help of a therapist. Play is very important for a child to survive the difficulties they encounter in kindergarten, school or family. By working with a therapist, children are given an opportunity to safely express their thoughts and feelings that they cannot or are unwilling to express in other environments. Expressing feelings means better understanding them. This leads to better well-being and problem solving. In games therapy, you do not need to talk about your problems in order to solve them. Research issue: What are the opportunities for social workers in the children's day centre to use gaming therapy elements? Object of the research: Possibilities for Applying Game Therapy Elements to Social Work in the Children’s Day Center Aim of the research: identify social workers’ opportunities to apply the elements of play therapy in a day nursery. Research tasks: 1. Describe the concept of games therapy. 2. Define the roles of a social worker in a day nursery. 3. Identify the possibilities of applying games therapy elements in a day nursery. Research methodology and subjects. Analysis of scientific literature. A questionnaire will be used to conduct the study. The subjects of the research are social workers working in a day nursery. Findings of the empirical research. The results of the study showed that most day nurseries are able to apply the elements of play therapy, have both the necessary tools and the facilities to conduct the therapy in a way that makes the child feel safe and relaxed.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	Temos aktualumas: Žaidimai neatsiejama vaiko gyvenimo dalis, todėl labai daug galima suprasti apie vaiką bei jo šeimą vien pažaidus arba pabendravus su vaiku žaidimų metu. Žaidimų metu vaikas yra labiau atsipalaidavęs ir pasitikintis kitais kartu žaidžiančiais vaikais arba suaugusiais. Žaidimų metu vaikai dažnai atkartoja gyvenimiškas situacijas su kuriomis jau yra susidūrę ir kurios jiems liko atmintyje dėl gerų arba blogų priežasčių. Situacijas keliančias stresą vaikui galima padėti išgyventi, išjausti žaidimo metu padedant terapeutui. Žaidimai labai svarbūs vaikui norint išgyventi sunkumus su kuriais susidūrę darželyje, mokykloje arba šeimoje. Dirbdamas su terapeutu vaikas turi galimybę saugiai išreikšti savo mintis ir jausmus, kurių neturi galimybės ar nenori išreikšti kitose aplinkose. Jausmų išreiškimas reiškia geresnį jų supratimą. Visa tai veda į geresnę savijautą ir problemų sprendimą. Žaidimų terapijoje nebūtina kalbėti apie savo problemas, kad problemos imtų spręstis. Tyrimo problema: Kokias galimybes naudoti žaidimų terapijos elementus turi socialiniai darbuotojai vaikų dienos centre? Tyrimo objektas: Žaidimų terapijos elementų taikymo galimybės dirbant socialinį darbą vaikų dienos centre. Tyrimo tikslas: Nustatyti žaidimų terapijos elementų taikymo galimybes vaikų dienos centre. Tyrimo uždaviniai: 1. Aprašyti žaidimų terapijos samprata. 2. Apibrėžti socialinio darbuotojo vaidmenis vaikų dienos centre. 3. Identifikuoti žaidimų terapijos elementų taikymo galimybes vaikų dienos centre. Tyrimo metodika ir tiriamieji: Mokslinės literatūros analizė. Tyrimui atlikti buvo naudojama anketinė apklausa. Tiriamieji socialiniai darbuotojai dirbantys vaikų dienos centre. Empirinio tyrimo rezultatai: Tyrimo rezultatai parodė, kad dauguma vaikų dienos centrų turi galimybę taikyti žaidimų terapijos elementus, turi tiek reikiamas priemones, tiek reikiamas patalpas, kad terapija vyktų taip, kad vaikas jaustųsi saugus ir atsipalaidavęs.	en_US
