In order to ensure that the time between the arrival of the consignment and the time it leaves a warehouse is as short as possible, it is very important for the warehouse to work optimally. In order to ensure optimal work of the warehouse, it is necessary to constantly review ongoing processes of the warehouse and identify what can be improved, and improve it. The main problem of the Improvement of Warehouse Process Management at TNT UAB – increased cargo flows exceeded capacity of the company warehouse. The aim of the Improvement of Warehouse Process Management at TNT UAB – to present opportunities for warehouse capacity increasing of the company. Objective of the Improvement of Warehouse Process Management at TNT UAB – warehouse capacity of the company. Methods of the Improvement of Warehouse Process Management at TNT UAB: scientific literature analysis, company’s internal statistics analysis, SWOT analysis, interview. The structure. In the theoretical part of the study scientific literature about related problem is analyzed. In analytical part of the study the main information about the company is presented, the company’s SWOT analysis is performed, also the company’s internal statistics are analyzed and expert interview is conducted. The research identifies areas for improvement of the company's warehouse processes. In the project part of the study there are presented suggestions for identified areas during the research. Solution to improve identified areas – even distribution of consignment traffic during the day. This can be done by replacing the time of one of the routes served by the warehouse. This would increase the consignment processing capacity of the warehouse and avoid the warehouse space lack problem. dc.description.abstract	Siekiant, kad laiko tarpas nuo siuntos patekimo į sandėlį iki jos išvežimo būtų kuo trumpesnis, svarbu, kad sandėlio darbas vyktų optimaliai. Norint užtikrinti optimalų sandėlio darbą būtina nuolat peržiūrėti procesų eigą, nustatyti taisytinas sritis ir jas tobulinti. Siekiant nustatyti UAB „TNT“ Kauno padalinio procesų valdymo tobulintinas sritis, atliktas sandėlio importuojamų siuntų srautų tyrimas. Atlikus tyrimą nustatyta, kad krovinių srautų svyravimo metu būna viršijamas sandėlio pajėgumas apdorojant siuntas. Dėl šios priežasties susiduriama su vietos trūkumu sandėlyje bei vėlavimu išduoti siuntas paskirstymui. Nustatytos tobulintinos srities galimas sprendimas – tolygus krovinių srauto paskirstymas. Tai galimas padaryti pakeičiant vieno iš sandėlio aptarnaujamų maršrutų laiką. Tai padarius išaugtų sandėlio siuntų apdorojimo pajėgumas ir būtų išvengiama problemos dėl vietos stokos sandėlyje.	en_US
