dc.description	The mostly comfortable products with collagen are various cream for skin regeneration and stiffening, supplements for bones and cartilage regeneration (Avila Rodríguez, G Rodríguez Barroso, Sánchez, 2018). Cause of increased usage of collagen, it is thought, the market size of this product will be bigger than 6,36 mlrd JAV dollars till 2025 (Industry analysis, 2018). This could be impacted by vegetarian nutrition model of healthy lifestyle which is more and more popular and it is causing the lack of animal albumens material. It is interesting to know, what do Lithuanians think about influence of drinkable collagen for improvements of aesthetic state of skin? What is common opinion about cosmetic products with collagen? The aim of investigation: to reveal the citizens’ attitude at application of collagen for improvement of aesthetic state of skin. collagen is one of the most important protein which is synthesized naturally by human body. This protein is compound part of skin, nails, hair, bones, muscles, ligaments, tendons, interval organs, blood-vessels, teeth, gums and other body parts. It is the lack of collagen in human body, it reduces skin humidity, skin loses its’ elastic and resiliency. Joints become hard, movements lose plasticity that is why it is so important to add collagen in nutrition plan. It makes better function of skin barrier, activates synthesis of collagen and hyaluronic, encourages the growth and migration of fibroblast. At the moment it is possible to get tablets, powder, suspension or other forms of drinkable collagen. Collagen s widely used in cosmetic market too. It is used for making creams, serums, pure collagen masks (leaves), etc. In cosmetic products with collagen it is often found not even hydrolyzed collagen but peptides as well. After analyzing the results of investigation, it showed that the most of respondents more often choose full nutrition than supplements. The respondents who use cosmetic products with collagen or use drinkable collagen are sure that collagen is effective and suits to prevent old age, although the majority did not see difference. The majority of respondents, who do not use collagen and cosmetic products with collagen, think that collagen in inefficient.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	Dažniausiai sutinkami produktai su kolagenu yra kremai odos regeneracijai ir stangrinimui, maisto papildai kaulų ir kremzlių regeneracijai (Avila Rodríguez, G Rodríguez Barroso, Sánchez, 2018). Dėl padidėjusio kolageno naudojimo, manoma, kad jo rinkos dydis iki 2025 metų bus didesnis nei 6,36 mlrd. JAV dolerių (Industry analysis, 2018). Tam gali turėti įtakos ir populiarėjantis sveikos gyvensenos vegetarinės mitybos modelis, išprovokuojantis gyvūninės kilmės baltyminių medžiagų trūkumą. Įdomu sužinoti, ką Lietuvos žmonės galvoja apie geriamo kolageno poveikį odos estetinei būklei gerinti? Kokia vyraujanti nuomonė apie kosmetikos produktus su kolagenu? Tyrimo tikslas: Atskleisti gyventojų požiūrį į kolageno taikymą odos estetinei būklei gerinti. Kolagenas – tai vienas iš svarbiausių žmogaus organizme natūraliai sintetinamų baltymų. Šis baltymas yra odos, nagų, plaukų, kaulų, raumenų, raiščių, sausgyslių, vidaus organų, kraujagyslių, dantų, dantenų ir kitų kūno dalių sudėtinė dalis. Kai žmogaus organizmui trūksta kolageno, sumažėja odos drėgmė, oda praranda elastingumą ir stangrumą. Sąnariai sukietėja, judesiai praranda plastiškumą, todėl labai svarbu mitybą papildyti kolagenu. Jis pagerina odos barjero funkciją, suaktyvina kolageno ir hialurono rūgšties sintezę, skatina fibroblastų augimą ir migraciją. Šiuo metu galima įsigyti tablečių, miltelių, suspencijų ar kitų geriamojo kolageno formų. Kolagenas plačiai naudojamas ir kosmetikos pramonėje. Jis naudojamas kremų, serumų sudėtyje bei naudojamos gryno kolageno kaukės (lakštai) ir kt. Kosmetinių produktų su kolagenu sudėtyje dažnai galima aptikti ne tik hidrolizuoto kolageno, bet ir peptidų. Išanalizavus apklausos tyrimo rezultatus, paaiškėjo, jog daugelis respondentų dažniau renkasi pilnavertę mitybą, o ne papildų naudojimą. Respondentai, kurie naudoja kosmetines priemones su kolagenu arba geriamą kolageną yra įsitikinę, kad kolagenas veiksmingas ir tinka senėjimo prevencijai, nors akivaizdaus poveikio dauguma nepastebėjo. Didžioji dalis respondentų, kurie nenaudoja kolageno ir kosmetinių priemonių su kolagenu mano, kad kolagenas yra neveiksmingas.	en_US
