dc.description Relevance and problem of the professional BA thesis. Job satisfaction is one of the most analyzed approaches to organizational behavior. Today, however, there is a particularly high interest in scientific literature for differentiating between employees' wages due to factors other than achievement and merit (race, gender, age, ethnic origin, etc.), and the impact of such a pay gap on employee satisfaction. dc.description.abstract Mokslinėje literatūroje yra ypatingai didelis susidomėjimas darbuotojų darbo užmokesčio diferencijavimui dėl veiksnių, nesusijusių su pasiekimais ir nuopelnais (pvz., rasės, lyties, amžiaus, etninės kilmės ir kt.), bei tokio atlyginimų skirtumo įtakai darbuotojų pasitenkinimui darbu.
