dc.description	Description of the final thesis – tourism services, as one of the parts of the tourism field, is an advanced industry. Over the past decade this business has attracted more and more attention in Lithuania. Therefore, it is assumed that it has become popular due to global trends. This work presents the current situation of natural tourism in the Marijampolė country, and the links natural tourism has to its other branches. This is relevant because Lithuania has an unparalleled natural heritage that must be protected. As such, both professionals, who deal with natural tourism resources in their workplaces, and persons interested in the preservation of nature and general knowledge regarding this subject, should be aware of the current trends regarding development in the field of natural tourism. The main problem of the thesis – is there a possibility further the development of natural tourism in Marijampolė country? The aim of the thesis – to evaluate the possibilities of natural tourism development in Marijampolė country. Methods of the thesis – analysis of literary sources, analysis of informational sources, interview, quantitative research (survey), SWOT analysis. The structure – the theoretical part discusses the concept of natural tourism, how it relates to other types of tourism, and presents the existing natural tourism resources, verified by the state standards. The analytical part presents theoretical research material, information collected during the final professional practice, and quantitative and qualitative research, all pertaining to the natural tourism of the Marijampolė country. In the project part, the previous parts of thesis are used. Furthermore, problems are raised and solutions for improvement are offered. Results of thesis and proposals – following the analysis of research results, it can be concluded that respondents are not interested in any of the services provided by the tourism information centres in Marijampolė country. The respondents also lack knowledge in the natural tourism field. In order to further tourism development, the hiring of competent young professionals is proposed. Encouragement and support for such specialists and their work in the tourism information centres are also proposed. Lack of education in natural tourism can be solved by establishing news forms of tourism, such of agro-tourism, thus encouraging people to be involved and interested in bringing innovation to the market.	en
dc.description.abstract	Turizmo paslaugos, kaip viena iš turizmo sričių, yra viena pažangių ūkio šakų. Per pastarąjį dešimtmetį Lietuvoje į šią verslo sritį pradėta atkreipti vis daugiau dėmesio. Galbūt viena to priežasčių - jos populiarumas pasaulyje. Tačiau visgi ji yra nepakankamai atskleista Lietuvoje. Turizmo ir jo paslaugų sfera turi trūkumų, kuriuos siekiant pašalinti būtina atlikti tam tikrus tyrimus. Ištaisyti visoms problemoms, reikia daug laiko ir greiti visi trukdžių šalinimai yra sunkiai pasiekiami ir tiesiog nėra realūs. Tai daryti yra būtina, tačiau palaipsniui . Rašydamas profesinio bakalauro darbą „Gamtinio turizmo plėtra Marijampolės apskrityje“, prisidedu prie turizmo paslaugų Lietuvoje nagrinėjimo. Manoma, kad augant Žemės gyventojų skaičiui atitinkamai padidės žmonių, norinčių keliauti. Šis darbas yra aktualus, nes šiais laikais turizmo paslaugos užima mūsų visuomenėje vis svarbesnę vietą. Darbe pateikiami nauji, savarankiškai surinkti duomenys apie Gamtini turizmo situacija pasirinktoje savivaldybėje bei jos pagerinimą plečiant ankščiau minėtą turizmo rūšį. Padėties gerinimas – tai vienas iš būdų pritraukti daugiau turistų. Tik išanalizavus esamą situaciją galima taisyti klaidas, tinkamai naudotis privalumais.	en_US
