Abstract
Darbo rezultatai – aptariama kas apskritai yra šeimos turto teisinis režimas, kaip jis įgyjamas
nesudarius santuokos, kaip keičiasi kai santuoka įregistruojama ir kas nutinka turto teisiniam
režimui nutraukus santuokai. Taip pat aptarti turto teisinio režimo rūšis ir šeimos turto padalijimo
tarp partnerių ar sutuoktinių, kai jų santykiai baigias Lietuvos Aukščiausiojo Teismo bylų analizę.
Description
The results of thesis - the discussion of what is the legal regime of family property in general, how
it is acquired without marriage, how the legal regime changes when the marriage is registered and
what happens to the property's legal regime after the divorce. Also, the discussion of the type of
property legal regime and the division of family assets between partners or spouses when their
relationship ends with the analysis of the Supreme Court cases.
