Abstract
Darbo struktūrą sudaro įvadas, darbo teisės normų teisinio reglamentavimo reguliavimas laisvo darbuotojų judėjimo srityje pagal nacionalinį ir Europos Sąjungos lygmenis, kuriuos apima minėtojo laisvo darbuotojų judėjimo aspektų reglamentavimas Lietuvos Respublikos teisėje bei Europos Sąjungos teisėje. Nagrinėjamos atskirų Europos Sąjungos šalių laisvo darbuotojų judėjimo normos, tarp jų ir Jungtinės Karalystės, atsižvelgiant į „Brexit“ padarinius analizuojamoje problemoje. Taip pat analizuojamos ir laisvo darbuotojų judėjimo pažeidimų kategorijų normos bei jų sprendimas pagal teismų praktiką.
Description
The structure of the work consists of an introduction, regulation of legal regulation of labor law in the area of free movement of workers according to national and European Union levels, which are included by the regulation of the aspects of the free movement of workers in the law of the Republic of Lithuania and European Union law. The norms of the free movement of workers in the individual European Union countries, including the United Kingdom, are being examined, taking into account the implications of ‘Brexit’ for the problem being analyzed. The norms of the categories of violations of the free movement of workers and their solution according to the courts practice are also analyzed.
