| dc.description | The theoretical part presents the analysis of the marketing complex and its detailed structure, as well as defines the concept of marketing strategy and analyzes the importance of its use and methods of strategy planning. The further theoretical part analyzes the concept of competition and aspects of strengthening competition. The last theoretical part examines the behavior of consumers from the theoretical point of view. The practical part of the final work presents the market overview of rural tourism homestead „Bučkalnis”, evaluates possibilities, presents SWOT analysis. In the project work part, the marketing plan of the rural tourism homestead „Bučkalnis” is proposed, increasing the attractiveness of the consumers. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Teorinėje dalyje yra pateikiama marketingo komplekso analizė bei jos išsamią struktūra, taip pat apibrėžiama marketingo strategijos samprata ir analizuojamas jos panaudojimo svarba bei strategijos planavimo būdai. Tolimesnėje teorinėje dalyje analizuojama konkurencijos sąvoka bei konkurencijos stiprinimo aspektai. Paskutinėje teorinėje dalyje nagrinėjama vartotojų elgsena teoriniu aspektu. Praktinėje baigiamojo darbo dalyje yra pateikiama kaimo turizmo sodybos ,,Bučkalnis“ rinkos apžvalga, įvertinamos galimybės, pateikiama SSGG analizė. Projektinėje darbo dalyje pateikiamas siūlytinų kaimo turizmo sodybos ,,Bučkalnis“ marketingo priemonių planas, didinantis vartotojų pritraukimą. | en_US |
