dc.description Relevance of the topic. Due to the ever-increasing need for elderly people to settle in the nursing homes for elderly, and the limited possibilities of the state to meet the needs of those wishing to seek care, the founders of nursing homes seek to improve the quality of the services provided, so that those who wish to stay in residential care choose their homes. dc.description.abstract Dėl vis didėjančio poreikio apsigyventi pagyvenusių ir senų žmonių globos namuose bei ribotų valstybės galimybių patenkinti norinčiųjų poreikius, globos namų steigėjai siekia tobulinti teikiamų paslaugų kokybę, kad pageidaujantys stacionarios globos rinktųsi būtent jų globos namus. Keičiantis socialinės globos įstaigose teikiamų paslaugų kokybei, keičiasi ir juose dirbančių darbuotojų, jų tarpe ir socialinių darbuotojų, veiklos pobūdis. en_US
