Also at the same time there was discussion for the 6 groups (consists of 8 persons) of radiographers, where moderator filling open-type questionnaires by the answers of respondents groups. Conclusions. Radiographers need competences by learning-standard, which shows if person has enough knowledge, ability and skills for their profession. Day by day all the standard for radiographers is changing so knowledge and skills is getting older and they need regular development and knowledge improvement. Sum of all results shows us that big part of respondents are interested by themselves in improvement of competence. Most of them needs to study at the morning hours and don’t find any problems about training location. Computed tomography was the most popular for improvement especially between respondents with bigger experience. Also important fact is that improvement of competence must be cheap or free of charge. After discussion with recipients we can made a conclusions that the biggest minuses of development is: low list of literature in Lithuanian language, unfavorable time for lectures, high prices, low motivation, up-to-date knowledge, equipment disadvantage, lack of practical skills, psychological status, low information for society about radiography and too many working hours. en
