In Lithuania climbing sport was started only 20 years ago, so it is very young compared to other sports in the country, but it is getting more and more public attention. Climbing center MIEGANTYS DRAMBLIAI was founded ten years ago, but it already is popular among consumers and also it can offer wide choice of services. It is important to find out how clients and employees are appreciating gyms activities, because it can help to improve and develop existing and create new services considering the target clients needs The main problem of the professional BA thesis – How do consumers rate leisure time activity services in climbing gym? The aim of the professional BA thesis – To improve quality of leisure services of the climbing center MIEGANTYS DRAMBLIAI Objectives of the professional BA thesis: 1. To analyze scientific literature about leisure time services and quality; 2. To analyze consumers’ opinion about climbing gyms activities; 3. To provide suggestions on how to improve services. Methods of the professional BA thesis – online survey, scientific literature analysis and SWOT analysis. The structure – the theoretical part consists of leisure time conception, leisure time classification, what is the connection between leisure time and quality of life, leisure time organising criteria. Practical part consists of analysis of online survey and SWOT analysis, after that suggestions are given on how to improve climbing centre services. Conclusions – organisation analysis shown that customers are happy about services, but also said few things that should be improved. The work consists of 49 pages, 9 tables, 22 references and sources of information, 1 appendices. en
