In practice, in the logistics department of AB Kauno Grūdai, I have discovered a problem that needs to be solved by monitoring the work of managers and analyzing the export process that involves the Lean method, which is related to the international road-way bill. When there is a problem due to the protracted export process, which is related both to outsourcing and to own transport, there is a danger to the realization of the product and additional disadvantage in carrying out regular and planned work. The main problem of the (professional BA thesis) - The frequent delay in the export process by chartered and less often by own means of transport. The aim of the (professional BA thesis) - To analyze and evaluate the company's export processes by means of counter and private transport. Objectives of the (professional BA thesis): The process of export by own and outsourcing in the company AB "Kauno grudai" Methods of the (professional BA thesis) – Analysis of information sources, company data analysis, employee survey, problem analysis using Lean methods. The structure: 1. Theoretical part - based on literature and author's opinion, the management of export logistics processes is described in the theoretical aspect. 2. Analytical part - an analysis of the company was carried out and a problem study. 3. Project part - provide calculations and suggestions. The results/conclusions – Over a year, 628 euros are spent on the employee for a waste of time and 161 hours of unnecessary work are spent. The Lean 5S method saves € 503 per year and 129 hours of work per year. The work consists of 54 pages, 10 tables, 10 pictures, 26 references and sources of information, 1 appendices.
