Santrauka:
Darbo aktualumas.
Tyrimo tikslas. Įvertinti slaugytojų profesinio perdegimo pasireiškimą. Tyrimo uždaviniai:
1. Apibrėžti perdegimo sindromo sampratą. 2. Nustatyti X ir Y skyriuose dirbančių slaugytojų
perdegimo sindromo dažnį. 3. Nustatyti veiksnius, turinčius reikšmės perdegimo sindromo
atsiradimui. 4. Nustatyti veiksnius, mažinančius profesinio perdegimo atsiradimo galimybę. Tyrimo
metodai. Mokslinės literatūros analizė, apklausa raštu: anoniminė anketa ir standartizuotas Maslach
perdegimo sindromo klausimynas paimtas iš A. Mačiulytės magistro darbo „Perdegimo sindromą
sąlygojančių veiksnių vertinimas medicininę pagalbą teikiančių gydytojų tarpe“, gautas autorės
sutikimas, aprašomoji statistinė duomenų analizė. Rezultatai ir išvados. 1.
3. Tyrimo
metu nustatyti veiksniai turintys reikšmės perdegimo atsiradimui: išsilavinimas, darbo krūvis,
papildomas darbas, pasitenkinimas atlyginimu. 4. Tyrimo metu nustatyti organizaciniai veiksniai,
labiausiai mažinantys perdegimo atsiradimą: finansinis skatinimas ir vadovo atsižvelgimas,
darbuotojo atžvilgiu, sudarant darbo grafiką. Asmeniniai veiksniai: buvimas su artimais žmonėmis,
knygų skaitymas ir muzikos klausymas.
Description:
The relevance of the research – These days burnout syndrome is relevant to many science
area such as management, social and occupational psychology, medicine, education (A. Stoškus,
2011). Studies in Europe show that one third of workers experience stress in their work
environment, and more than one fifth of workers have experienced occupational burnout. It is noted,
that population affected burnout syndrome is increase and that is relevant problem in today’s
society. (L. Abromaitienė ir kt., 2014).
The aim of the research – Evaluation nurses occupational burnout syndrome manifestation.
Tasks of the research: 1. Define burnout syndrome conception. 2 Determine the incidence of burnout
syndrome in nurses working in units X and Y. 3. Identify the factors that are important for the
occurrence of burnout syndrome.4. Identify factors that reduce the chance of occupational burnout.
Methods of the research: Analyse science literature of burnout syndrome. Survey: Anonymous
questionnaire and standardized Maslach burnout syndrome questionnaire is taken from Aušra
Mačiulytė Master's thesis “Evaluation of the factors causing burnout syndrome among medical
practitioners”. Author's consenpt. Descriptive statistical data analysis. Results and conclusions. 1.
Burnout is a physical, psychological and physiological stress reaction syndrome caused by workrelated stressors. Burnout syndrome includes emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, and low
personal aspirations. 2. One third of the respondents feel moderate emotional exhaustion. Few of the
interviewees experience high emotional burnout. Slightly more than half of the respondents feel
moderate depersonalisation and almost a quarter of respondents have a high level of
depersonalisation. Low average personal achievement and satisfaction experienced only a few
respondents. 3. The factors identified during the study that are relevant to the onset of burnout:
